Conversations and Machines

Constructions, or planar drawings if you will, made from the stainless cut-outs left over from the construction of larger three dimensional pieces. I see them as conversations between planar forms and a response to the manner in which the shapes were created. The edge from the plasma arc draws expressive lines and creates tension between elements. There is a formal and literal narrative to each.
